Shipping & Returns

We care about your complete satisfaction. To ensure there are no errors in your order, please contact us before completing your purchase or if you have any questions about our processing and shipping times policy, as listed below.

  • We highly recommend that you do not schedule any hair appointments until your hair is delivered.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Please Note: Your billing and shipping addresses must match. To protect our customers from fraud, we use a system that requires billing and shipping information to match. We are not held responsible for shipping to the wrong location if your shipping and billing information does not match.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you are not home, please arrange with your local post office/ ups office to hold your packages until you are home to receive them.

Shipping times information:

Bundles: We begin to work on orders as soon as we receive them; however, please allow 6-8 business days for order processing, with an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Please note 6-8 business days with 2-3 business days for delivery is approximately 2 weeks.

Sales: During a sale period, please allow for additional 5 business days prior to your package being shipped.
Closures/Frontals: Please be aware processing time for closures and frontals are not the same processing time as bundles. We typically need 2.5 weeks for them to be made and then shipped. If your order contains a closure/frontal, we will ship your entire order when your closure/frontal is ready. We cannot partially ship orders.
Please Note: Weekends/holidays are not counted as business days, and we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US national holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or any national holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping, a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number, will be sent to you via the email address you provided on your account. Once you receive your tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for an estimated delivery date to appear.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect address input, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We entrust USPS/UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

Undeliverable packages, incorrect addresses, and refused deliveries:
Your order will usually be shipped via USPS/UPS to the address you provided at the time of checkout. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. Please be sure to check your spam folders for shipping information. You will receive an order confirmation email along with (2) shipping confirmation emails, one from us and one from PayPal. Both emails will contain your tracking number. After checking if you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS/UPS tracking number to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the primary cause of shipment delays. Please thoroughly check the address information on your order. Ensure you have included all of the necessary information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

We will not change shipping addresses once orders are placed.

Please note if your order is returned to us, we will re-ship your order upon arrival at our facility at your expense. Love & Health Shop will not be responsible for returned packages due to inaccurate shipping information.
If your package is returned to us because of a customer discrepancy, you will be responsible for the cost to reship your package.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the USPS/UPS delivery person and any such instructions will be ignored. USPS/UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. We will not issue refunds for refused or abandoned shipments.

Lost shipments: If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or lost in transit, please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS/UPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. However, we cannot control or guarantee how long it may take. We will not replace or refund lost packages.
